CurrentSenior Software Engineer, Revenue
2024 — Present
- Transferred to the revenue team working on Never Ending Support (NES), a software product that provides long-term support for end-of-life technologies, going from beginner to subject-matter expert in the product offering.
- Became the go-to person for automating manual processes using AI, with work impacting sales, engineering, and product teams across the organization.
- Through pioneering AI-powered processes and automations, contributed to the company's broader embrace of AI tools and automation across teams.
- Designed and launched a product request pipeline that allows customers to request new products not in the company's repertoire, enabling the company to investigate, track, manage, and deliver these products to generate revenue, producing over $1.6 million in TCV (approx. 10.1% of 2025 TCV) and $617K in ARR (approx. 4.6% of 2025 ARR) in its first year where previously this money was being left on the table.
- Created an AI-powered Technology Usage Tracking process that analyzes multiple data sources including dependency files, customer surveys, and client call transcripts to classify and count technologies seen in customer environments, providing the product team with valuable insights about customer technology usage and generating leads for future product launches, where previously they had little to no visibility into this data.
- Developed an automated dependency analysis process that allows handling most incoming requests independently, saving valuable engineering time and helping serve more customers.
- Established credibility and secured leadership approval to build software initiatives that align with company goals, originally operating as a one-person department and building structure from the ground up, now growing the department with a recent hire and creating an onboarding process for new solutions engineers to pave the way for continued growth.
- Built an automated SBOM generation pipeline using Claude Code and Codex that transforms incomplete or poorly structured customer inputs into usable Software Bills of Materials, enabling the team to assess customer dependency stacks even from minimal or low-quality data.
- Automated the end-to-end product investigation process using Claude Code and Codex, taking any input list of technologies and conducting preliminary research on each to evaluate compatibility for open-source commercial support, significantly accelerating the investigation workflow.
